Custom order FAQ
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the piece. Embroidered shawls can take several weeks or months to make by hand; we will give you an estimated timeline with your quote.
Can I send a photo of what I want?
Yes. After you send the form, reply to our confirmation email and attach photos or references.
Do you take wedding and corporate orders?
Yes, we are happy to help with matching sets, gifts and larger quantities. Mention the quantity and date in the form.
