Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

• Initiate return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Non-returnable items include:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Running fabrics
• Sale/discount items

Process for Returns

1. Email us at care@craftsandcharm.com with details of your request.
2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Conditions

• Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.
• Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned in their original condition.
